Turnover in the lab

We recently welcomed two new members in the lab:

• Postdoc Markus Hiltunen will work on comparative genomics of Ascetosporean parasites
• PhD student Anne Walraven will work on the photosymbiosis in Meringosphaera

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with you both. Good timing too, after Ioana, Megan, Thomas, and Harshal have moved on to new adventures. Before the end of the year, more long-time members will unfortunately leave (Mahawash, Miguel).

​But stay tuned for new openings: we will be recruiting two PhD students and two postdocs after the summer.
